Registration Instructions

Teams must have 6 to 8 players. The cost is $75 a player no matter how many players are on the roster. PLAYERS MUST BE BORN IN 2015 - 2005. YOUNGER PLAYERS CAN REGISTER FOR THE STARTERS FUTSAL PROGRAM

There are three ways to register:

OPTION 1: One person registers the entire team and keeps adding players during the registration process. THIS PERSON MUST FILL OUT A TEAM FORM

OPTION 2: Individual players already on a team can register and put in the name of the team

OPTION 3: Players without teams can register as a "Free Agent" and the league will assign you a team. Put "Free Agent" under team name

Team Managers who have already organized a team must ALSO FILL OUT THIS FORM in addition to registering their players
